Mission Statement:

Our mission is to promote mental well-being and empower individuals in their journey to recovery from addiction. We enhance community health, elevate living standards through poverty alleviation, and coordinate disaster relief efforts to restore communities. We inspire women to take leadership roles and protect children’s rights, nurturing their development and advocating for a brighter future for all.

Our programs provide support, education, and resources to those struggling with mental health challenges.

Addiction Advocacy and Support: We work tirelessly to break the stigma surrounding addiction. Through advocacy, counseling, and community support, we empower individuals on their journey to recovery.

Meet The Team

Blessing Adebayo, Executive Director (CEO)

  • 5+ years of non-profit management experience
  • Expertise in strategic planning, program development and stakeholder engagement
  • Providing counseling and counseling support, advocating for Mental Health awareness and policy change, promoting counseling services and maintaining records
  • Participating in team meetings, referring clients, delivering health talks, creating materials and developing psychosocial activities.
  • Graduate degree in Business Management and Mental Health Assistant.

Adebayo Abayomi Isaac, Director of Programs

  • 6+ years of experience designing and implementing social impact programs
  • Supervision of staff, lead strategic planning of programs, provide coordination & representation among other NGO and Partners
  • Possesses strong analytical skills and well understanding of humanitarian operations
  • Strong background in project management, monitoring and evaluation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Science.

Okeoma Grant Chidi, Director of Operations

  • 8+ years of experience in nonprofit operations and administration
  • Skilled in financial management, HR and IT systems
  • BSc. Computer Science/ Mathematics (CCNA, Cybersecurity)

Abraham Ekundayo, Community Outreach Coordinator

  • 5+ years of experience in community engagement and grassroots organizing.
  • Fluent in 3 languages, adapt at cross-cultural communication
  • Conflict resolution, online communication, community engagement, event planning and Educational meetings and feedback collection.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Rebecca Adebayo, Program Manager – Education Initiative

Uju Maureen Nnabuenyi, Program Analyst

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
  • Doctorate degree in Conflict Resolution

Ekeoma Progress Imo, Marketing Manager

  •  2 years of amplifying team work and Exhibition experience
  • Strong in qualitative research skills, love adventure and Sports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication.

Regina Ebune, Media Consultant

  • 5 years of amplifying team work and Exhibition experience
  • Strong in qualitative research skills, love adventure and documentaries.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness, coordinate media campaign, maintaining media records and creating contents
  • Major in Estate Management and Public Administration

Daniel Yahaya Ebune, IT Specialist

  • 3 years of amplifying team work and Exhibition experience
  • Strong in qualitative research skills, manage social media and handle the online contents.
  • Training and Implementing IT systems, Troubleshooting, Training Users, providing customer services and analyzing the data provided.
  • Creating reports with excellent communication skills and advising on technology
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Samson Sidi Balat, Field Officer

  • 4 years of amplifying team work and Exhibition experience
  • Strong in qualitative research skills, Project Management and field evaluation
  • Training and advocacy, data collection, providing customer support for community mobilizers and analyzing the data provided.
  • Creating reports with excellent communication skills, advising on strategies, communicating the updates of programs progress with LGA and state governments officials’/management teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
